Long Term/Corporate Stay Rates

At present we offer the carriage house as the primary long term stay facility.  We can make our regular room available on weekly or monthly basis.  Breakfast is not served under the corporate plans and rooms are cleaned weekly.  Rates are prepaid non-cancelable unless we ran re-book the room.  Rates can vary, and are not offered during Derby, St. James and certain other time of the year, please call to verify availability and rates. 

All rooms have queen size beds, phones and at least one television/VCR.  Complete office facilities including fax, video conferencing and Computers with Lightning Fast Internet Connection are available.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is the largest of our luxury accommodations.  It is a fully separate two bedroom self contained unit in the Bernheim Mansion Carriage House, exquisitely furnished with our finest antiques.  Full Kitchen and Wireless T1 Internet access completes this unit as the ultimate in Corporate stay.  The Great Room takes your breath away with its 30 foot ceilings.        $225/night - $850/weekly - $1,950/monthly

The Master Suite

Experience the luxury of a queen size bed, armoire, satellite television, large dresser, telephone, whirlpool and shower.  In addition, this suite offers a private, stocked library complete with balcony, loveseat and desk.  This suite can accommodate up to two guests.     $175/night - Call for Long term pricing

The Lady's Room

Enjoy a king size bed, dresser, cable television, writing desk, telephone, and antique bath tub (no shower).  This suite can accommodate up to two guests.     $150/night - Call for Long term pricing

The Garden Suite

Furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, cable television, shower and private entrance.  This room can accommodate up to two guests. In addition there is a sitting room with computer and T1 internet access.  This room has a shared bathroom with the Sunset Room.  $139 - Call for Long term pricing

The Sunset Suite

Furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, cable television, shower and private sunroom with Hot tub and sun porch.  This room can accommodate up to two guests.  This room has a shared bathroom with the Garden Room.  $139 - Call for Long term pricing

Policies/Additional Rates and Fees

• Rates listed are subject to change without notice and are not valid for Derby weekends.  Certain events require more than one night stay.

• Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy.  Additional $25 per person applies to additional occupants.

• Off Street parking is available at a rate of $10 per day.

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your expected arrival date.  During some special events and large conventions, we may ask for a guaranteed reservation.

• Check-in must occur between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm (unless other arrangements have been made). 

• Check-out is before 12:00 noon.

• The Bernheim Mansion is a non-smoking bed and breakfast.  A $100 fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in the building.

• Breakfast is not provided in Long Term Stay rates.

• The Bernheim Mansion is home to two dogs and one inquisitive cat who do not allow visiting pets nor children.

The Bernheim Mansion Bed and Breakfast gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.
